Consumer and Small Business Online Banking System Upgrade

On Sunday, April 4, 2021 we’re scheduled to upgrade our Consumer and Small Business Online Banking system.  With this upgrade the Accounts Homepage will have a refreshed look and feel. Below is a summary of the changes you can expect to see on Sunday, April 4, 2021 as well as frequently asked questions that you may have about this upgrade.

Upgrade Summary:

Appearance: The Accounts Homepage will have a new look and feel

  • The account tile format has been eliminated, and accounts will be displayed in list form
  • Slightly different color scheme than the previous system

Frequently Asked Questions

Login: There are no changes to the login feature of Consumer and Small Business Online Banking or your credentials.  Continue to login as you always have.

Mobile Banking: This upgrade does not impact the BMT Mobile Application in anyway. This upgrade is specific to Consumer and Small Business Online Banking accessed through an internet browser.

System Downtime: The Consumer and Small Business Online Banking system will be unavailable from approximately 2:00am to 6:00am EDT on Sunday, April 4, 2021.
