BMT Appoints Mariluz Gonzalez As Senior Vice President and Consumer Compliance Officer

Bryn Mawr, Pa., January 3, 2017 – Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: BMTC) (the “Corporation”), parent of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company (”BMT”), has announced the appointment of Mariluz Gonzalez, as Senior Vice President and Consumer Compliance Officer, effective November 28, 2016.  Ms. Gonzalez will be based at BMT’s headquarters in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and will report to Denise Rinear, Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President of the Risk Management Division.

“Ms. Gonzalez has extensive experience in consumer compliance with a strong background in Fair Lending and Community Reinvestment,” said Denise Rinear. “With over 24 years of experience, Ms. Gonzalez will prove to be a great addition to the Bryn Mawr Trust team.”

Ms. Gonzalez joins BMT from Ocwen Financial Corporation, Mount Laurel, NJ, where she served as the Manager of Fair Lending and Servicing Compliance Policy. Prior to that, she served as Vice President, Director of CRA and Fair and Responsible Lending at Sun National Bank, Mount Laurel, NJ.

Ms. Gonzalez attended ABA Stonier National Graduate School of Retail Banking. She currently resides in Philadelphia, PA.
