Bryn Mawr Trust Is Honored as Corporate Dream Builder by theVillage at Annual Art Works Benefit

Bryn Mawr, Pa., May 3, 2016 – Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: BMTC) (the “Corporation”), parent of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company (“BMT”), will be recognized as a corporate Dream Builder by theVillage, a non-profit organization that was previously named Presbyterian Children’s Village, at its Art Works fundraiser on May 5.

“Our corporate partners are an integral component of our work at theVillage, which is why we are pleased to recognize Bryn Mawr Trust with our inaugural corporate Dream Builder Award at our annual Art Works fundraiser,” said Darlene Hewett, president and CEO of theVillage. “It is an honor to recognize Bryn Mawr Trust for its outstanding work in the community. BMT has been a loyal and trusted partner of theVillage for more than 12 years by lending time, talent and resources to help us serve children and families impacted by trauma.”

On Thursday evening, May 5, the community will come together at the Lutheran Deaconess Estate in Gladwyne, Pa., for the Art Works event, to generate awareness and raise funds to expand programs for children and families affected by trauma.

TheVillage (www.village1877.org) provides child welfare, residential programs, mental health, and prevention services to children and families in Philadelphia and neighboring counties.
