How it Works

Bryn Mawr Trust sets up your new loan in Built with financial, property, and inspection info.

Builder/Borrower can request a draw according to their draw schedule or budgetary needs.

Bryn Mawr receives the draw request and reviews for progress.

If needed, Bryn Mawr will schedule an inspection and the inspector uses the Built for Inspectors mobile app.

The inspection report is sent to the bank, and the draw is reviewed and approved. You will then be notified of the disbursed funds.
