The Opportunity
Part-Time Bank Tellers will operate a teller station accurately and in a timely manner, provide quality customer service and promote the bank’s image and products.
This position will be based in Delaware, Chester & Montgomery Counties.
Responsibilities:
- Operates a teller station in compliance with all bank and audit procedures
- Provides superior client service
- Records pertinent client information in the BMT-CRM database
- Promotes the bank’s image, products, and services
- Achieves individual sales, service and operational goals/assignments
Requirements:
- Must possess a High School Diploma or higher
- Cash handling experience in a retail environment
- Basic computer skills and excellent customer service skills, good verbal communication skills
- Must be open to working flexible hours and willing to travel to other branch locations from time to time
- Achieves individual sales, service and operational goals/assignments
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and cross selling is desirable
- Previous teller experience is a plus, but not required
Must be available to work multiple Saturdays in a month and willing to travel to other branch locations from time to time.
