Neil Orechiwsky
Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Capital Markets

Neil Orechiwsky leads Bryn Mawr Trust’s Capital Markets team where he is responsible for the Interest Rate Hedging, Foreign Exchange, and Trade Finance lines of business as well as Correspondent Banking services for the organization.

Before joining BMT, Neil was the Managing Director of Derivative Products and Foreign Exchange for the Capital Markets division of First Niagara Bank where he was responsible for trading and strategic initiatives. Prior to that role, he founded and led the Capital Markets division for Susquehanna Bank. Neil previously led consulting and trading for the Financial Institutions Group at the derivatives advisory firm Chatham Financial Corporation where he was a key consultant to more than 75 bank management teams as well as the FDIC during the financial crisis.

Before entering the private sector, Neil was an Airborne-qualified, active duty officer in the US Army. He served two combat tours in Iraq with the 3rd Infantry Division and was twice awarded the Bronze Star.

Neil graduated with a BA from Villanova University and lives in Blue Bell, PA with his family where he is actively involved coaching youth sports.

Sam Weller
Senior Vice President, Director of Correspondent Banking

Sam Weller is responsible for managing BMT’s Correspondent Banking line of business in Capital Markets and delivering risk management and lending solutions to BMT’s institutional partners. He has spent his career working with community and regional banks in capital markets front office, strategic consulting, and executive support roles. Sam joined BMT in 2018 from PNC Capital Markets in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Prior to that, Mr. Weller served as Director of Interest Rate Risk Management in Key Bank’s capital markets group, where he provided derivative hedging services to community and regional banks across the United States. He began his career at Chatham Financial Corporation working as a risk management consultant specializing in the financial services industry.

Before entering the private sector, Mr. Weller spent five years as an active duty officer in the U.S. Army.

He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mark Henderson, CFA
Senior Vice President, Director of Capital Markets

Mark Henderson is responsible for supporting business development and operations for all Capital Markets lines of business at Bryn Mawr Trust to include Interest Rate Hedging, International Services, and Correspondent Banking.

Before joining Bryn Mawr Trust, Mark was the founding partner and CEO of Grayline Partners, a boutique advisory firm that specialized in complex, market risk driven consulting. Mark has spent over 25 years in capital markets and commercial banking. Over the last four decades, he has worked at Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, First Manhattan, ABN AMRO, and Chatham Financial Corporation. In his extensive career, he has helped companies to understand and manage the financial risks embedded in their businesses. Mark’s passion is for helping clients to navigate the impact of changing interest rates and foreign currency movements while optimizing their operating activities.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Victorian Poetry from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business.
