Meet the BMT Educational Financial Advisors
Christine McGoldrick is a Relationship Manager within the Commercial Lending Division. During her time at Bryn Mawr Trust, Christine has worked with a variety of business clients including education institutions and non-profit organizations. From standard lending products to more intricate and detailed projects, Christine has the ability to collaborate with her clients and efficiently meet their needs.
Christine is a proud graduate of St. Joseph’s University where she majored in Finance and was a four year starter and two year captain for the lacrosse team.
Wayne McKillop is a Senior Vice President and the Director of Commercial Lending-C&I for Bryn Mawr Trust. Along with helping for-profit companies meet their lending needs, Wayne has experience in working with numerous non-profit organizations and schools in the Greater Philadelphia Area in providing tax-exempt financing for both refinance and new debt issuances.
He also has experience in managing a team who does the same. Wayne and his team provide a hands-on, consultative approach to help educational institutions navigate the process of borrowing money for projects of wide-ranging sizes.
Brandon Shuler is a Senior Investment Advisor with BMT Wealth Management. He has over 17 years of experience working with wealthy families and institutions on investment policies, spending policies, and portfolio construction.
He assists with board member education and orientation on investment-related topics including socially responsible investing. Brandon is a Certified Financial Planner ™
Sally Worrell has been with Bryn Mawr Trust for 20 years as a Cash Management Sales Consultant, supporting business clients including educational institutions, non-profit organizations, professional, commercial and middle market companies.
Sally has 30 years industry experience and is a Certified Treasury Professional as well as a member of the Philadelphia Association for Financial Professionals. She has her MBA from Drexel University and B.S. in Marketing from University of Delaware. Her experience and knowledge allow her to provide tailored solutions to meet specific client account and cash management needs.
Forming long-lasting relationships with his clients has been the most rewarding aspect of Al’s more than 35-year career in the financial services industry.
Al brings his extensive background in banking and financial services to the Private Bank at Bryn Mawr Trust. Before joining BMTC, Al was a Principal and Partner at PMG Advisors, LLC, a privately owned, independent, institutional registered investment advisor based in suburban Philadelphia. Al participated in the MBO of PMG Advisors, LLC, and helped co-found its joint venture partner Emerald Fixed Income Advisors, LLC, a Lancaster, PA based investment firm, of which he was a Principal. Prior to joining PMGA, Al was Managing Director and Member of the Management Committee of RTE Asset Management. Al also worked for Philadelphia National Bank for ten years.
As a native of Suburban Philadelphia, Al believes in contributing to his community. He is the Chair of the Investment Committee of the Community College of Philadelphia Foundation and supports the Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Al serves on Radnor Township Boards and on the Finance Committee of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church in Radnor, PA.
An experienced marathon runner, Al participates in several distance races each year. He and his wife share a passion for cooking and antiquing. When not spending time outdoors, Al enjoys visiting his four children and four grandchildren.
A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering, Al also holds an MBA from University of Colorado.
Dennis LeVasseur is Sales Manager for Commercial Insurance with BMT Insurance Advisors. He has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and is skilled at providing middle market clients with consulting, risk management, and loss control solutions for their business operation exposures.
Dennis applies his background as a commercial property/casualty and employee benefits broker to work with and manage BMT Insurance Advisors’ commercial lines producers and account managers to drive new business growth.
He joined Powers Craft Parker & Beard, Inc., a division of Bryn Mawr Trust, in 2016 from Univest Insurance in Lansdale, Pa. There, he was a senior vice president and commercial lines sales manager. Before that, he was a vice president and sales executive at Hub International. Powers Craft was renamed BMT Insurance Advisors in 2018.
Dennis holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS®) designation. He is a graduate of Shippensburg University, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing.
Bill Higgins is a Senior Vice President in the Commercial Insurance department. Bill brings almost 30 years of commercial & personal insurance experience to BMT Insurance Advisors.
His specialties include Construction, Independent schools, Commercial Real Estate & Retail Clothing Chains. Bill’s experience and knowledge allow him to provide insurance solutions for the most complicated exposures.
David is the Managing Director for HR Consulting Services at Hirshorn Boothby, a Division of BMT Insurance Advisors. David has a portfolio of many independent schools to whom he offers HR consulting services with a specific focus on new compensation structures for faculty compensation. David has been consulting with independent schools for more than 10 years.
