Claim Management

Our goal is to minimize the cost of any loss to you. For commercial clients, that may require our involvement with the management of litigation, the implementation of return-to-work and managed-care programs, and a reserve analysis. By using these types of techniques, we strive to reduce the impact that claim activity may have on future insurance costs.

Reporting Emergency and Non-Emergency Claims

Prompt reporting of claims helps to control the ultimate cost of claims.

Most insurance companies with which we work prefer that insureds contact them directly to file a claim. They make it easy by offering a toll-free phone number for direct reporting.

Direct reporting allows you to establish contact with the insurance company 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It also allows the insurance company to create a claim file and assign the claim to an adjuster immediately. This is helpful for both emergency and non-emergency claims.

Direct Claim Report Numbers

We will be notified by the insurance company of any claim you report directly, so we can remain involved in the process.

If you have any questions or concerns about filing a non-emergency claim, you are always welcome to contact us before you call the insurance company.

Direct Reporting

When using the direct reporting option, please have your policy information available and collect the facts about the claim before making the call.
