Bryn Mawr, Pa., March 28, 2018 – Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation (NASDAQ: Bryn Mawr TrustC) (the “Corporation”), parent of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company (“Bryn Mawr Trust”), has announced the appointment of Mark Henderson, as Senior Vice President, Director of Capital Markets. Mr. Henderson reports to Neil Orechiwsky, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Capital Markets.

Mr. Henderson joined Bryn Mawr Trust from Grayline Partners, a company that he founded to help middle-market companies manage the risk of doing business internationally. Prior to this, he led the Financial Institutions Group for Chatham Financial where he was also responsible for the Interest Rate Derivatives, Risk Analysis, and Valuation Services. In total, Mr. Henderson has spent over 25 years in capital markets and commercial banking. Over the last four decades, Mark has worked at Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, First Manhattan, and ABN AMRO. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University, a MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business, and also holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
