Mobile Banking Quick Reference


For existing users, your User ID is the same as you had previously used in Online Banking. Your mobile User ID is now the same User ID as your Online Banking User ID. You can change your User ID within the Settings menu once you are logged in to Online Banking.


For existing users, your temporary password will be the last six digits of your social security number. For new users, you choose your password when enrolling for Online Banking. Once you sign on, you will be prompted to change your password. You also will be prompted to create five new challenge questions and answers.


Instead of following the steps above, please click the “enroll in Online Banking” link next to the User ID or click here and follow the steps. If you have multiple accounts, you can enter any one of your account numbers; all of your accounts will be accessible once you login to Online Banking. You will choose your Online Banking User ID and password. Joint account holders create a separate login when enrolling for Online Banking. You also will be prompted to choose five new challenge questions and answers as well as being asked to accept the Terms and conditions. Choose the mobile hyperlink to enroll for mobile banking. Once you have read the Terms and Conditions, click the I accept these Terms and Conditions to continue to enroll for mobile banking. Click the link to download the App or enter your mobile number to receive the App via text message. Choose the Other Services that meet your needs and click Continue. Choose your Time Zone from the drop down and Select the accounts you wish to access in mobile banking, enter a nickname for your account(s) and click Continue. Enter your mobile number and click Continue. Enter the Activation Code and click Activate.
