Reset Password (New Consumer)

To reset your password on the New Consumer / Small Business Online and Mobile Banking System please follow the instructions listed below:

  • On the Secure Login page, click the Forgot Password (reset password)? link to the right of the User ID field.
  • On the Reset Password page, you will need to confirm your identity by entering your User ID (your Online Banking User ID is the same on the new system that it was on the former system). Click Next link.
  • You will be prompted to Select Phone and Notification Method in order to reset your password. You will need to select Method of notification (either a text message or a phone call). Click Next link.
  • You will receive a four-digit code either via a text message or a phone call – enter the code and click the Next link.
  • The Reset Password screen will appear – you will need to enter and confirm your new password then click the Save link.
  • The Log In screen will appear and you will be advised that “Your password has been reset and you may log in using your new password.”
