Meet the Wealth Management Team.
Jen Fox is President of Bryn Mawr Trust Wealth Management. She has more than 23 years of experience in wealth management, working with and leading teams focused on developing and delivering financial solutions for high net worth individuals, families, and institutions.
With strategic thought leadership and an eye on efficient business execution, Jen oversees the BMT teams responsible for ensuring that clients receive the financial planning, investment management, fiduciary, custody, brokerage, private banking, insurance and risk management, and tax services they require to effectively plan for and achieve their financial goals.
Jen joined BMT in 2017 from PNC Asset Management Group, where she was Executive Vice President and Chief Wealth Strategist. She also has held positions with J.P. Morgan Private Wealth Management, the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Wachovia Bank, and Deloitte. She was co-founder of Brave Spirits and the Brave Spirits Foundation, producing American-made spirits and donating a portion of the profits to military charities.
Jen is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. She received her B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University, a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
Active in the community, she is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and the Forum of Executive Women, and has served on the board of The Union League of Philadelphia. She was named one of “The 50 Most Influential Women in Private Wealth” in 2015 by Private Asset Management magazine.
Marc Jenkins is Chief Financial Officer of the Wealth Management Division of Bryn Mawr Trust. He works with members of the Wealth Management leadership team and BMT’s corporate finance team to drive the firm’s strategic growth plans.
Marc joined BMT in 2018 from Wells Fargo Wealth Management, where, most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Regional Investment Manager for the Pennsylvania and Delaware markets, overseeing a team of portfolio management investment professionals. During his 15 year tenure with Wells, he also served as Regional Finance Manager for the northeast market and Regional Chief Financial Officer for the northern markets. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ernst & Young LLP, Arthur Andersen LLP, and JP Morgan & Co., Inc.
Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, and International Business Administration from Temple University and an MBA in Finance, also from Temple.
Ernie Cecilia is Chief Investment Officer at Bryn Mawr Trust. With more than 40 years of experience in the investment management industry, he is responsible for overseeing the Wealth Management Division’s investment-related activities and leading BMT’s strategic decision-making with regard to market analysis and investment process.
Ernie heads the Investment Research Group at BMT, co-manages BMT’s proprietary equity strategies, and chairs the BMT Investment Policy Committee. He also continues in the active management of high net worth individual/family and institutional relationships.
Earlier in his career, Ernie served as Chief Investment Officer at Davidson Trust Company, which was acquired by Bryn Mawr Trust in 2012. Before joining Davidson in 1998, he was President and Chief Investment Officer of PNC Equity Advisors Company.
Ernie holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia and the CFA Institute. He has attended CFA investment management workshops at the Darden School of Business (University of Virginia), Princeton University, and Harvard Business School.
He received his B.S. in Economics from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business.
Active in his community, Ernie is Treasurer and a member of the board of directors of Good Works, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that provides home repairs to low-income homeowners in Chester County, Pa.
Bob Eaddy is President of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company of Delaware and is responsible for the leadership and management of the Delaware office. He oversees fiduciary administration, service delivery and client fulfillment, client selection and new business development, regulatory and compliance issues, and the management of strategic relationships and wholesale distribution channels.
Bob is an accomplished banking and financial services professional with over 30 years of experience. He has extensive experience in all facets of the “Delaware Advantage” and statutes that benefit high net worth individuals, companies, institutions, and special purpose entities.
He also is skilled in numerous fee-based business lines, including personal trusts, private client services, ADRs (broker-dealer audit), corporate trusts, structured and sovereign debt, asset securitization, custody, precious metals, insurance trusts, and securities lending. Throughout his career, he has worked with Fortune 1000 companies, family-owned operating businesses, and closely held business entities.
Before joining the Bryn Mawr Trust family in 2010, Bob held management positions at several major financial institutions in Wilmington, Chicago, Philadelphia, and New York.
Bob is active in professional and not-for-profit organizations. He is a member of the Wilmington Tax Group, the Delaware Bankers Association (DBA) and the DBA’s Trust Conference Planning Committee, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Biggs Museum of American Art (Board of Trustees), and the Sodus Bay Historical Society. He also chairs the Mentorship Subcommittee of the University of Delaware’s Trust Management Minor Mentoring Program.
Bob is a frequent lecturer and speaker on fiduciary and agency matters. He holds a B.A. in English and Economics from Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York.
Forming long-lasting relationships with his clients has been the most rewarding aspect of Al’s more than 35-year career in the financial services industry.
Al brings his extensive background in banking and financial services to the Private Bank at Bryn Mawr Trust. Before joining BMTC, Al was a Principal and Partner at PMG Advisors, LLC, a privately owned, independent, institutional registered investment advisor based in suburban Philadelphia. Al participated in the MBO of PMG Advisors, LLC, and helped co-found its joint venture partner Emerald Fixed Income Advisors, LLC, a Lancaster, PA based investment firm, of which he was a Principal. Prior to joining PMGA, Al was Managing Director and Member of the Management Committee of RTE Asset Management. Al also worked for Philadelphia National Bank for ten years.
As a native of Suburban Philadelphia, Al believes in contributing to his community. He is the Chair of the Investment Committee of the Community College of Philadelphia Foundation and supports the Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Al serves on Radnor Township Boards and on the Finance Committee of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church in Radnor, PA.
An experienced marathon runner, Al participates in several distance races each year. He and his wife share a passion for cooking and antiquing. When not spending time outdoors, Al enjoys visiting his four children and four grandchildren.
A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering, Al also holds an MBA from University of Colorado.
For Elizabeth, the best part of the job by far is working with clients, helping them think through difficult issues, showing them where they need to put their focus, at times, giving comfort.
Elizabeth’s client-centered perspective is how she defines her work at Bryn Mawr Trust, where she is responsible for administering trusts and estates as well as advising on charitable gift planning for non-profits and donors. She brings over 25 years of top-level experience to the job.
Prior to Bryn Mawr Trust, Elizabeth was a partner of a major Philadelphia law firm where she handled both the planning and administration of estates and trusts while advising individuals and families and represented the gift planning offices of educational and non-profit institutions on charitable strategies. She has also held officer positions with the trust departments of some of the area’s prominent financial institutions.
An active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Probate and Trust Law Section, she served two terms on its Executive Committee, chaired its Rules and Practice Committee and serves on its Legislative Committee. She is also a member of The Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association and the Forum of Executive Women.
Elizabeth has also been active in charitable and community groups, having most recently served fourteen years on the board of Cliveden, a co-stewardship property of The National Trust for Historic Preservation. The field of historic preservation, particularly of late 19th and early 20th century Anglo-American architecture, has long been her passion.
Elizabeth received her law degree from Temple University, cum laude, and a B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University, summa cum laude.
Stephen Wellman is Chief Operating Officer of Bryn Mawr Trust’s Wealth Management Division.
He has more than 30 years of operations, financial, and compliance experience, which he applies to the Wealth Management Division’s strategic planning and growth initiatives, as well as its day-to-day operations.
Before joining Bryn Mawr Trust in 2016, Stephen spent the majority of his career working for SEC-registered investment advisers affiliated with Old Mutual (US) Holdings, Inc. His roles were focused on the administrative and operational areas, with extensive involvement in supporting the investment process and distribution efforts.
Stephen is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He earned his B.S. degree and an MBA from Drexel University.
