Frank Leto
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Leto has served as the President of the Bank and the Corporation since May 1, 2014, and as Chief Executive Officer since January 1, 2015. Mr. Leto joined the Bank in 2002 as a Director and served as the Bank’s Lead Director from 2006 and 2009. In 2009 he joined the Bank as Executive Vice President and head of the Wealth Management Division. He progressed to General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer before being appointed to his current roles.

Before joining the Bank, Mr. Leto gained many years of experience as an attorney in matters relating to real estate, corporate and business, estate planning, and business development. His charitable work includes board positions with The Bryn Mawr Hospital Foundation, Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, and Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers – to name a few.

Mr. Leto earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from St. Joseph’s University and a J.D. cum laude from The Delaware Law School of Widener University.

Alison J. Eichert
Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

Ms. Eichert was employed by the Bank in May 1998 as Senior Vice President of Marketing and was appointed Executive Vice President of the Bank in 2001. She was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation in February 2015 and she was named Chief Administrative Officer in February 2019. Ms. Eichert was appointed Vice President of the Corporation in July, 2016. Ms. Eichert is responsible for the Community Banking Division, Marketing, Technology and Information Services, Operations, Human Resources and Facilities.

Jennifer Dempsey Fox, CFP®
President, Wealth Management

Jen Fox is President of Bryn Mawr Trust Wealth Management. She has more than 23 years of experience in wealth management, working with and leading teams focused on developing and delivering financial solutions for high net worth individuals, families, and institutions.

With strategic thought leadership and an eye on efficient business execution, Jen oversees the BMT teams responsible for ensuring that clients receive the financial planning, investment management, fiduciary, custody, brokerage, private banking, insurance and risk management, and tax services they require to effectively plan for and achieve their financial goals.

Jen joined BMT in 2017 from PNC Asset Management Group, where she was Executive Vice President and Chief Wealth Strategist. She also has held positions with J.P. Morgan Private Wealth Management, the Aresty Institute of Executive Education at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Wachovia Bank, and Deloitte. She was co-founder of Brave Spirits and the Brave Spirits Foundation, producing American-made spirits and donating a portion of the profits to military charities.

Jen is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. She received her B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University, a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, and an MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Active in the community, she is a member of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council and the Forum of Executive Women, and has served on the board of The Union League of Philadelphia. She was named one of “The 50 Most Influential Women in Private Wealth” in 2015 by Private Asset Management magazine.

Kevin Tylus
President, BMT Banking

Kevin Tylus is President of Bryn Mawr Trust’s Banking Division. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Bryn Mawr Trust and is a member of the Risk Management and Wealth committees. He has extensive leadership experience in the financial services industry.

Before joining BMT in 2017, Kevin was President and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Bank America.

Earlier in his career, he served as a Regional President and the Commercial Banking Head for PNC in New Jersey, following PNC’s acquisition of Yardville National Bank, where he was an independent director prior to becoming its President. He also has held executive positions with Prudential and Cigna, and he was a management consulting partner with Deloitte and its predecessor firm Touche Ross.

Kevin is a recipient of the Philadelphia Business Journal’s award for “Most Admired CEO” in the greater Philadelphia region. Active with many business and community boards and organizations, he served as co-chair of the Governor’s September 11, 2001 tenth anniversary committee and is a past Board chair of The Hun School of Princeton.

Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Gettysburg College, where he currently serves as a Trustee, and an MBA in Finance from LaSalle College. He has been a lecturer at the Wharton School and the Princeton University undergraduate economics program.

Michael W. Harrington
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Harrington was employed by the Bank in 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer after 3 years with Susquehanna Bancshares in the role of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior, Mr. Harrington spent over 10 years with First Niagara Financial Group in several positions during his tenure, including Treasurer, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Harrington is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in Finance and earned an MBA from St. Joseph’s University.

Lori Buchanan Goldman
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Ms. Goldman joined the Bank in 2015 as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. She also serves as the Corporate Secretary of the Corporation and the Bank.  Prior to joining the Bank, Ms. Goldman was a corporate attorney at Kaye Scholer, LLP in New York, NY, and Stradley Ronon in Philadelphia, Pa., where she focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate governance. Ms. Goldman is a graduate of Cornell Law School and Boston University.

Linda Sanchez
Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer

Linda Sanchez joined BMT in March 2019 as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She is responsible for Human Resources strategic planning including leadership development; employee training and engagement; inclusion and diversity; organizational development, culture, and change management; compensation and benefits; and leadership and oversight for talent acquisition.

She developed a great depth of experience in the Human Resources arena, particularly with large financial services firms including over six years as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Administrative Officer of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, LLC, and over fourteen years in similar positions at Capmark Financial Group and its predecessor GMAC Commercial Mortgage.  Additionally, Ms. Sanchez is entrepreneurial by nature, and has launched and sold a successful small business.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University, as well as a certificate from Harvard Business School for successful completion of their Leadership Direct Program. She holds a SHRM-SCP designation (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional), participates in the Southeastern Pennsylvania SHRM chapter, is a member of PSPS (Pennsylvania Society of People and Strategy), and is a founding member of the CHRO Alliance (Chief Human Resource Officer Alliance).

Patrick M. Killeen
Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer

Mr. Killeen joined Bryn Mawr Trust in 2017 as Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. He has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of compliance, risk assessment, governance, regulatory, and operational roles at banks and financial services businesses. Prior, Mr. Killeen served as Director of Enterprise Risk Management with Bank of the Ozarks.  He has also served in the capacity of Head of Enterprise Risk Management Operations with Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc., and as Director of Enterprise Risk Management and then Audit Director at First Niagara Bank, N.A.

Mr. Killeen earned a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University and holds the following professional designations:  Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk Management Assurance, Certified in Control Self-Assessment (CCSA), and Certified Financial Services Auditor (CFSA).

Adam Bonanno
Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer

Adam joined BMT in January 2019 as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for BMT’s technology strategy, operations, security and business plans.  He also manages all technology investments, projects, and related resources.

He has nineteen years of experience leading technology transformation across all aspects of IT management including software development, systems integration, cybersecurity, governance, data sciences, and predictive analytics.  Most recently Mr. Bonanno was Chief Data Officer and the Innovation & Optimization Services Senior Vice President at BB&T. Previously he was the Chief Information Officer and CTO at Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc.  Prior to working in the banking industry, he worked in the aerospace and defense industry for Vencore, now Perspecta, as their Chief Information Security Officer and for Lockheed Martin in systems architecture and information security leadership roles.

Adam earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science, also in computer science, from Millersville University. He also earned his CIO Leadership certificate from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Finally, he is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and an Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP).

Jennifer Dempsey Fox, CFP®
President, Wealth Management

Marc Jenkins
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Marc Jenkins is Chief Financial Officer of the Wealth Management Division of Bryn Mawr Trust. He works with members of the Wealth Management leadership team and BMT’s corporate finance team to drive the firm’s strategic growth plans.

Marc joined BMT in 2018 from Wells Fargo Wealth Management, where, most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Regional Investment Manager for the Pennsylvania and Delaware markets, overseeing a team of portfolio management investment professionals. During his 15 year tenure with Wells, he also served as Regional Finance Manager for the northeast market and Regional Chief Financial Officer for the northern markets. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ernst & Young LLP, Arthur Andersen LLP, and JP Morgan & Co., Inc.

Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, and International Business Administration from Temple University and an MBA in Finance, also from Temple.

Ernest E. Cecilia, CFA
Senior Vice President, Chief Investment Officer

Ernie Cecilia is Chief Investment Officer at Bryn Mawr Trust. With more than 40 years of experience in the investment management industry, he is responsible for overseeing the Wealth Management Division’s investment-related activities and leading BMT’s strategic decision-making with regard to market analysis and investment process.

Ernie heads the Investment Research Group at BMT, co-manages BMT’s proprietary equity strategies, and chairs the BMT Investment Policy Committee. He also continues in the active management of high net worth individual/family and institutional relationships.

Earlier in his career, Ernie served as Chief Investment Officer at Davidson Trust Company, which was acquired by Bryn Mawr Trust in 2012. Before joining Davidson in 1998, he was President and Chief Investment Officer of PNC Equity Advisors Company.

Ernie holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia and the CFA Institute. He has attended CFA investment management workshops at the Darden School of Business (University of Virginia), Princeton University, and Harvard Business School.

He received his B.S. in Economics from the University of Dayton and an MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business.

Active in his community, Ernie is Treasurer and a member of the board of directors of Good Works, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that provides home repairs to low-income homeowners in Chester County, Pa.

Robert W. Eaddy
President, BMTC of Delaware

Bob Eaddy is President of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company of Delaware and is responsible for the leadership and management of the Delaware office. He oversees fiduciary administration, service delivery and client fulfillment, client selection and new business development, regulatory and compliance issues, and the management of strategic relationships and wholesale distribution channels.

Bob is an accomplished banking and financial services professional with over 30 years of experience. He has extensive experience in all facets of the “Delaware Advantage” and statutes that benefit high net worth individuals, companies, institutions, and special purpose entities.

He also is skilled in numerous fee-based business lines, including personal trusts, private client services, ADRs (broker-dealer audit), corporate trusts, structured and sovereign debt, asset securitization, custody, precious metals, insurance trusts, and securities lending. Throughout his career, he has worked with Fortune 1000 companies, family-owned operating businesses, and closely held business entities.

Before joining the Bryn Mawr Trust family in 2010, Bob held management positions at several major financial institutions in Wilmington, Chicago, Philadelphia, and New York.

Bob is active in professional and not-for-profit organizations. He is a member of the Wilmington Tax Group, the Delaware Bankers Association (DBA) and the DBA’s Trust Conference Planning Committee, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Biggs Museum of American Art (Board of Trustees), and the Sodus Bay Historical Society. He also chairs the Mentorship Subcommittee of the University of Delaware’s Trust Management Minor Mentoring Program.

Bob is a frequent lecturer and speaker on fiduciary and agency matters. He holds a B.A. in English and Economics from Manhattanville College in Purchase, New York.

Albert B. Murphy, III
Senior Vice President, Head of the Private Bank

Forming long-lasting relationships with his clients has been the most rewarding aspect of Al’s more than 35-year career in the financial services industry.

Al brings his extensive background in banking and financial services to the Private Bank at Bryn Mawr Trust. Before joining BMTC, Al was a Principal and Partner at PMG Advisors, LLC, a privately owned, independent, institutional registered investment advisor based in suburban Philadelphia. Al participated in the MBO of PMG Advisors, LLC, and helped co-found its joint venture partner Emerald Fixed Income Advisors, LLC, a Lancaster, PA based investment firm, of which he was a Principal. Prior to joining PMGA, Al was Managing Director and Member of the Management Committee of RTE Asset Management. Al also worked for Philadelphia National Bank for ten years.

As a native of Suburban Philadelphia, Al believes in contributing to his community. He is the Chair of the Investment Committee of the Community College of Philadelphia Foundation and supports the Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Al serves on Radnor Township Boards and on the Finance Committee of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church in Radnor, PA.

An experienced marathon runner, Al participates in several distance races each year. He and his wife share a passion for cooking and antiquing. When not spending time outdoors, Al enjoys visiting his four children and four grandchildren.

A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering, Al also holds an MBA from University of Colorado.

Elizabeth S. Roberts
Senior Vice President, Chief Fiduciary Officer

For Elizabeth, the best part of the job by far is working with clients, helping them think through difficult issues, showing them where they need to put their focus, at times, giving comfort.

Elizabeth’s client-centered perspective is how she defines her work at Bryn Mawr Trust, where she is responsible for administering trusts and estates as well as advising on charitable gift planning for non-profits and donors. She brings over 25 years of top-level experience to the job.

Prior to Bryn Mawr Trust, Elizabeth was a partner of a major Philadelphia law firm where she handled both the planning and administration of estates and trusts while advising individuals and families and represented the gift planning offices of educational and non-profit institutions on charitable strategies. She has also held officer positions with the trust departments of some of the area’s prominent financial institutions.

An active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Probate and Trust Law Section, she served two terms on its Executive Committee, chaired its Rules and Practice Committee and serves on its Legislative Committee. She is also a member of The Probate and Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association and the Forum of Executive Women.

Elizabeth has also been active in charitable and community groups, having most recently served fourteen years on the board of Cliveden, a co-stewardship property of The National Trust for Historic Preservation. The field of historic preservation, particularly of late 19th and early 20th century Anglo-American architecture, has long been her passion.

Elizabeth received her law degree from Temple University, cum laude, and a B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University, summa cum laude.

Stephen M. Wellman, CPA
Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Stephen Wellman is Chief Operating Officer of Bryn Mawr Trust’s Wealth Management Division.

He has more than 30 years of operations, financial, and compliance experience, which he applies to the Wealth Management Division’s strategic planning and growth initiatives, as well as its day-to-day operations.

Before joining Bryn Mawr Trust in 2016, Stephen spent the majority of his career working for SEC-registered investment advisers affiliated with Old Mutual (US) Holdings, Inc. His roles were focused on the administrative and operational areas, with extensive involvement in supporting the investment process and distribution efforts.

Stephen is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. He earned his B.S. degree and an MBA from Drexel University.

Kimberly Trubiano, CPCU®
President, BMT Insurance Advisors

Kimberly Trubiano is President of BMT Insurance Advisors, leading the team of insurance and risk management professionals who comprise BMT’s insurance offerings.

Ms. Trubiano joined BMT in 2019 after 20 years’ experience in progressive roles with State Farm, most recently as head of State Farm’s property claim division for its mid-America and Northeast regions. Included in that responsibility was oversight of litigation, the regulatory environment, performance management, compliance, data analytics, and quality standards.

Ms. Trubiano is a graduate of Otterbein College with a degree in Business Administration and earned her MBA from Franklin University. She has the following designations: Associate in General Insurance (AINS), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and Associate in Claims (AIC).

Edward F. Lee, CPCU®
Senior Vice President, Director of Insurance Strategy, BMT Insurance Advisors

Ned Lee is Senior Vice President of BMT Insurance Advisors, Director of Insurance Strategy, as well as working with personal and commercial clients to build their risk management and insurance programs.

Ned started in the property and casualty insurance business in the personal lines department of Johnson & Higgins (J&H) of Pa. in 1983. He then transitioned to J&H’s commercial lines department before joining Powers Craft Parker & Beard, Inc. in 1988. He became a vice president and partner of Powers Craft in 1995, and President of the firm in 2016. In 2019, Ned’s role transitioned, now overseeing insurance strategy at BMT.

Ned joined the Bryn Mawr Trust organization in 2014, when it acquired Powers Craft. Powers Craft was renamed BMT Insurance Advisors in 2018.

Ned received a degree in Economics from Kenyon College, and he earned his CPCU® (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designation in 1993. He is a member of the CPCU Society.

Dennis B. LeVasseur, CIC, CRIS®
Senior Vice President & Commercial Insurance Sales Manager, BMT Insurance Advisors

Dennis LeVasseur is Sales Manager for Commercial Insurance with BMT Insurance Advisors. He has more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and is skilled at providing middle market clients with consulting, risk management, and loss control solutions for their business operation exposures.

Dennis applies his background as a commercial property/casualty and employee benefits broker to work with and manage BMT Insurance Advisors’ commercial lines producers and account managers to drive new business growth.

He joined Powers Craft Parker & Beard, Inc., a division of Bryn Mawr Trust, in 2016 from Univest Insurance in Lansdale, Pa. There, he was a senior vice president and commercial lines sales manager. Before that, he was a vice president and sales executive at Hub International. Powers Craft was renamed BMT Insurance Advisors in 2018.

Dennis holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation and the Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS®) designation. He is a graduate of Shippensburg University, where he received a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing.

James R. Brinton
Vice President & Account Executive, BMT Insurance Advisors

Jim Brinton, an account executive with BMT Insurance Advisors, has been in the insurance business for more than 30 years. He provides insurance and risk management solutions for individuals and businesses.

Jim joined Powers Craft Parker & Beard, Inc., a division of Bryn Mawr Trust, in 2015, when BMT acquired the Robert J. McAllister Agency, of which he was CEO, and merged it into its insurance division. Powers Craft was renamed BMT Insurance Advisors in 2018.

Jim graduated from Marietta College with a degree in business.

Nancy K. Albanese, AAI®
Vice President, Personal Insurance, BMT Insurance Advisors

Nancy Albanese leads the personal insurance division of BMT Insurance Advisors and has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Nancy focuses on providing insurance solutions to high net worth individuals and families. She works with clients locally and nationally, leveraging her strong relationships with the leading insurance companies that specialize in this area. She helps clients develop comprehensive and cost-effective insurance strategies to protect their property and assets.

Nancy joined Powers Craft Parker & Beard, Inc. in 1998, and the Bryn Mawr Trust organization in 2014, when it acquired Powers Craft. Powers Craft was renamed BMT Insurance Advisors in 2018.

Earlier in her career, she was an executive at USI, one of the largest insurance brokers in the United States, where she also focused on insurance for high net worth clients.

Nancy has served on the agent advisory councils of several major insurance companies, including Fireman’s Fund and Chubb. She is a past vice president of the local chapter of the National Association of Insurance Women (now the International Association of Insurance Professionals).

Nancy is active in FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology), an organization that designs accessible and innovative programs to motivate young people to pursue education and career opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math.

She holds an AAI® (Accredited Adviser in Insurance) designation and is currently completing her CPCU® (Certified Property Casualty Underwriter) designation. She is a member of Insurance Agents & Brokers (IA&B).

Colleen K. Crenny
Vice President, Commercial Insurance, BMT Insurance Advisors

Colleen Crenny is the manager of commercial insurance at BMT Insurance Advisors. With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm’s commercial insurance division, including its software systems.

Colleen started her career with Powers Craft Parker & Beard, Inc. in 1989. She initially concentrated on helping clients with their personal insurance needs, and after five years, shifted her focus to commercial lines.

She joined the Bryn Mawr Trust organization in 2014, when it acquired Powers Craft. Powers Craft was renamed BMT Insurance Advisors in 2018.

Colleen is a graduate of Saint Francis University, with a B.S. in management.

Kevin M. Lewis, CRIS®
Commercial Account Executive, BMT Insurance Advisors

Kevin Lewis, a commercial account executive with BMT Insurance Advisors, is a commercial lines insurance producer.

He specializes in serving construction, real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, and social service organizations, and he manages client relationships in multiple states throughout the mid Atlantic region.

Before joining Powers Craft Parker & Beard, Inc., a division of Bryn Mawr Trust, in 2017, Kevin was an insurance producer with Brown & Brown of Lehigh Valley, LP in Bethlehem, Pa., where he worked for more than five years. Powers Craft was renamed BMT Insurance Advisors in 2018.

Kevin holds the Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist (CRIS®) designation, and he is a candidate for the Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI®) and Workers Compensation Professional (WCP) designations.

Richard F. Biborosch
Consultant, Financial Services, BMT Insurance Advisors

Dick Biborosch oversees the financial services division of BMT Insurance Advisors. He specializes in life and disability insurance, along with long-term care, fixed and variable annuities, and life settlements.

Dick began his insurance career right out of college as an agent with Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company. He later became General Agent of their home office agency, which was one of the first agencies to offer both insurance and investment products when Penn Mutual purchased Janney Montgomery Scott. While managing one of the top five agencies in the company, he continued marketing to his own clientele, serving the high-net-worth, business, and professional markets.

In the late 1980s, Dick left Penn Mutual and established his own firm. There, he utilized products of all the major insurance companies, rather than being a captive agent of just one.

In 1998, Dick became a founding partner of Highland Capital, a large brokerage general agency providing banks, money managers, and wire houses with insurance products. When Highland was purchased in 2005 by National Financial Partners, he elected to sell his interest in the firm and become a consultant with Bryn Mawr Trust, which was one of his Highland customers.

Dick continued as a consultant with Powers Craft Parker & Beard, Inc. in 2014, when Bryn Mawr Trust acquired Powers Craft and merged it with its full-service insurance agency subsidiary, Insurance Counsellors of Bryn Mawr, Inc. Powers Craft was renamed BMT Insurance Advisors in 2018.

Dick has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council, the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting, and the Million Dollar Round Table.

Dick Boothby
President, Hirshorn Boothby

Dick Boothby has been a leader in the insurance brokerage field for more than 35 years, including two decades as founder and President of his namesake firm, The Boothby Group.

In addition to his responsibilities as President of Hirshorn Boothby, Dick specializes in high-value personal lines as well as in the oftentimes complex insurance and risk management needs of non-profit organizations.

William Higgins
Director, Commercial Lines

Bill Higgins is a Senior Vice President in the Commercial Insurance department.  Bill brings almost 30 years of commercial & personal insurance experience to BMT Insurance Advisors.

His specialties include Construction, Independent schools, Commercial Real Estate & Retail Clothing Chains.  Bill’s experience and knowledge allow him to provide insurance solutions for the most complicated exposures.

David Lacey
Managing Director, Human Resource Consulting

David is the Managing Director for HR Consulting Services at Hirshorn Boothby, a Division of BMT Insurance Advisors. David has a portfolio of many independent schools to whom he offers HR consulting services with a specific focus on new compensation structures for faculty compensation. David has been consulting with independent schools for more than 10 years.

James R. Domenick
President, Domenick & Associates

Jim Domenick is the founder and President of Domenick & Associates. He provides clients and independent agents with property and casualty insurance solutions for the not-for-profit sector and information technology industry.

Jim shares his expertise outside of the office by conducting educational seminars on insurance and risk management as they apply to not-for-profit entities. He has made presentations to a number of organizations, including the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations, the Community Development Institute of Philadelphia, the Reinvestment Fund, the Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission, the Philadelphia Association of Community Development Corporations, Regional Housing Legal Services, and law firms and their clients.

He also has written articles on insurance issues, including directors and officers liability.

Jim founded Domenick & Associates in 1993, when the firm developed an insurance program for the Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations. Before that, he worked for CIGNA Insurance Company in Philadelphia for eight years in various positions, including Senior International Consultant, Manager of Agency Financial Services, Director of Business Development and Planning, and Director of Producer Management.

He earned a B.S. in Business Information Processing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Temple University.

Active in the community, Jim has served on a number of not-for-profit boards. He is currently a director (and former Treasurer) of SquashSmarts, a youth sports and educational organization; Treasurer of Face to Face, a community social service organization; and Treasurer of the Lakeview Estates Homeowners Association in the Pocono Mountains. He served for seven years as a member of the Board of Governors of the Germantown Cricket Club, and he is a former President of the International Professional Exchange, a not-for-profit organization in Philadelphia.
